My name is Ann Scott Rodgers. I am in my 30th year as a full time REALTOR in Greenwood, SC. I was born here and have lived in either Greenwood or Abbeville my entire life. I have traveled extensively and do understand the lifestyles of other parts of the country.
I am a true Southern Girl in every respect. I absolutely love helping folks retire or relocate to this area. I live in a log cabin on 13 acres and invite my clients to take a "step back in time" by visiting with me in my home.

I am also a very successful Real Estate Mediator. I am a Mediator Instructor for the State of SC and am in the process of branching out into other States.
